I met Julie due to interest in a property a couple years back, I was purely browsing from out of state given a desire to eventually relocate back to Colorado. Over the past couple years Julie stayed in touch, learned more about our interests. Then earlier this summer we got more serious, Julie was fully engaged, helping to search for properties of interest. As we found a few, she readily visited those properties, sent us video walk thru's or Facetime visits. Giving us a distant perspective of the property. She was always readily available for a discussion, e:mail etc... no question I had was ever belittled, but treated with genuine interest in helping us understand the situation and Julie's perspective. My only slight rating reduction was on local knowledge, as we were searching in the mountains, a bit out of Julie's normal region. But this wasn't an issue, when she didn't know an exact piece of information, she collaborated with her colleagues in that area to ensure we had the best info. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Julie, I have no hesitation to work with her again in the future.

Julie helped my husband and I sell our house in Aurora, Colorado. Julie's knowledge of the local area is good. Julie was recommended to me by my attorneys following the passing of my mother. They said she specialized in properties dealing with a loss and they were 100% correct. Before starting she reassured me she only had a handful of clients in order to make herself available at any time. From the time we met to the time we closed was just about 3 weeks which surprised me. I had a lot of stuff to sort through and she was able to help me by writing the listing as “as is”, meaning whatever I didn’t take with me or sell on my own would be included with the sale.
